Atlanta. Hispanic father and son gunned down at Shallowford Road apartments

@ 07:18 PM (8 months, 21 hours ago)

NOWHERE in this AJC article does it mention if these people were illegal aliens or not. Sometimes a candy-ass writer will say "Mexican nationals" or such to avoid the point. YES, it's a tragedy no matter if they were illegals or not. But there are several indicators that tell me something is way wrong.  All too often we see illegals preying on illegals. Would NOT surprise me one iota if that's exactly what happened in this case..

Arizona. Anti-illegals shut down day labor center

@ 01:34 PM (8 months, 1 day ago)

I don't oppose day labor centers, as long as they check people to make sure who they are and that they're legally allowed to work in this country. I can't get over the thought that people would hire total strangers off of a street corner and take them to their homes or business to do whatever labor, having no idea if these workers are wanted murderers, rapists, thieves, whatever.

Milford, Conn. Coyote (allegedly) rapes young girl he was paid to transport.

@ 11:07 PM (8 months, 1 day ago)

Sadly, I don't think this is uncommon at all. I've read some accounts of women that load up on birth control pills before trying to come north because they assume they will be raped. America's Most Wanted aired a segment that detailed the story of an illegal, young female, who was made all sorts of promises by a woman in Mexico. "Sure, no problem. I can get you into the US and have a good paying job waiting for you." You can guess the rest.

Dallas Morning News names "The Illegal Immigrant" Texan of the Year

@ 12:37 PM (8 months, 2 days ago)

Groan. Long and boring read. Actually showed an iota of truth in a couple of places but, as is so typical, tried to make the "Good for the economy" argument. And they were deceitful in using the standard rhetoric of "We can't round up and deport 12 million people" bullshit as they ignore two glaring facts: 1. Illegals are leaving, especially from areas that have passed tough laws, and fewer illegals are coming 2. There is a huge movement in this nation towards ENFORCEMENT, not appeasement.

I get into these debates on a regular basis. Illegal immigration is NOT a party issue to me, it's a people issue. Yes, democrats are weaker on the issue but not by all that much. Hence, it's no longer an issue in the race, so they move on to their next difference to argue over. We've already seen this tactic in races around the country.

Arizona. Criminal dirtbags try to block laws and remain secret.

@ 01:02 PM (8 months, 5 days ago)

Talk about some cowardly scumbuckets, these pukes are beyond belief.  Short take: The pro-illegals and plantation owners are trying every stunt possible to block Arizona's new laws. The Judge has ruled against them so far. One of the rulings had to do with the plaintiffs showing damages, which they didn't do. They just claimed that people/business would be damaged by these laws. So, they amended or refiled and got a couple of businesses to claim they were damaged by following the provisions of the law, which goes into effect January 1st. BUT they want to remain anonymous. Cowardly filth. They don't want the public to learn that they knowingly hired illegals. Hey, I'll bet it's no secret to the people around there, it's simply a matter of the gutless cowards not wanting to admit it. Funny part, if these criminals admit to knowingly hiring illegals it may subject them to federal prosecution.

All this hoopla about the "Hispanic vote," my two cents, overblown. Even assuming some of these "polls" correct, I think candidates have more to fear from losing Democrat and Independent voters by taking a weak stand. I keep harping about the FACT that Americans of Hispanic descent are capable of free thought and don't vote in lockstep. The votes in Arizona proved that fact but the writers of these articles NEVER mention it.

Gutless scum

A Roswell police officer was removed from school campuses after turning a pregnant 18-year-old student over to immigration authorities.

Police Chief John Balderston defended the action by Officer Charlie Corn, a 10-year veteran who was working at Roswell High School as a student resource officer.

But he said Roswell Independent School District Superintendent Michael Gottlieb asked for Corn's removal "because he didn't want the officer checking on the immigration status of the students."

Last week, the district and police department made a joint decision to remove all school resource officers, the Roswell Daily Record reported. Translation: The candy-assed thumb-suckers on the school board didn't want the police, in the course of their duties, to take any action against an illegal alien. The police probably told them to go pound sand, the school board didn't make laws for the police to follow, that police are sworn to uphold the laws, not just the ones the school board approves of, and if that wasn't good enough they'd pull all the police from the schools. EXCELLENT. Hope those spineless bastards have a school riot every other week and the police are slow to respond. Assholes.

The incident began after senior Karina Acosta was cited Nov. 29 for a parking violation and driving without a license. Balderston said she was given several days to produce a license, and when she did not, Corn pulled her from class Dec. 5.

While trying to confirm her identity, Corn learned she was an illegal immigrant, Balderston said. Corn detained her at the school before notifying federal immigration agents, the chief said.

Balderston said Acosta, who is five months pregnant, was deported to Mexico. Excellent. One less anchor baby if she doesn't sneak back in, which is likely.

"In the course of an investigation, if we determine that someone is not here legally, we will contact INS and tell them what their status is," he said.

David Urias, a San Antonio, Texas, attorney for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, said the organization was looking into whether the police acted properly.

Assistant Superintendent Mike Kakuska told about 50 parents at a Dec. 7 meeting that Corn had been removed as a resource officer. Kakuska also said the school district protested Acosta's arrest to immigration officials and the Mexican Consulate.  A United States school district protested the legal arrest of an illegal alien to US immigration and a foreign power? Are you shittin' me?

"We are very, very concerned as a public school as to what happened the other day," he said. "The police officer, without our knowledge, had this young lady brought into his office here at school and the detain orders were issued through him, not the Roswell schools."

School board member George Peterson said Wednesday that by policy, school officials do not try to determine students' residency status.

"The police officer who did that, he did not have our permission," Peterson said. The police officer didn't need anybody's permission to enforce the law. Who the hell does this piece of puke think he is?

Balderston said Corn's actions were appropriate because he determined the student's legal status in the course of processing a citation. It's standard procedure for Roswell officers to contact immigration authorities if they suspect someone is an undocumented immigrant, he said. Excellent. One good American that makes no apologies to the slack-jawed appeasers.

Mexico whines because Border Patrol uses tear gas against invaders

Oh, man. I'm getting so fed up with them. Yeah, I know. It's not the whole border, it's just a few isolated incidents, there are plenty of US communities that have a good relationship with our southern neighbors, etc... Choke.

Phoenix. Pro-illegals threaten riots if police get involved in immigration

@ 01:10 PM (8 months, 18 days ago)

I've heard a few others make similar threats. I'm not overly concerned about some civic unrest. I'm more concerned with government and police inaction during such events.

San Juan Capistrano. Suspected illegal alien held on rape charge after DNA match

@ 12:37 PM (8 months, 18 days ago)

How many people have to be raped, killed, molested, robbed, etc.. before this government gets serious about enforcing our immigration laws. NO, I don't think all illegals are monsters. But I know they're not supposed to be here and a helluva lot of Americans are paying with their blood, sweat and tears for that failure of our government.
